announce our next Real Estate Auction Seminar will be Saturday, February 7th, 2009, in
Room 110 (Mara Lecture Hall) in Webster Hall, at the Graduate School of
Southern New Hampshire University in
Learn with hands-on practice the tools and techniques the
professional auctioneers use to market and sell real estate using the
accelerated marketing method, the “Real Estate Auction.” Designed for real estate professionals and
auctioneers, the course is an in-depth introduction to the essential tools,
skills, information and talents needed to obtain, design, execute and sell residential
real estate at auction.
The 16-hour program includes two 3-hour hands-on workshops
where attendees will work in small teams to draft an auction marketing plan,
develop an auction budget and participate in mock auctioneer/seller
presentations. These workshops are
challenging and entertaining. The

tuition is $495.00. This includes the seminar workbook and supplement. The fee for reservation is $100.00 with the
balance due upon registration. This
seminar may fill up quickly so if you are planning to attend, your timely
deposit is necessary. There is a minimum
