Yankee School of Auctioneering is pleased to announce our next Real Estate Auction Seminar will be Saturday, February 7th, 2009, in Room 110 (Mara Lecture Hall) in Webster Hall, at the Graduate School of Southern New Hampshire University in Hooksett, New Hampshire.  This session will run from 9am until 6pm.  The Sunday session will also be held in Room 110 but will commence at 8am and run until 5pm.   This seminar is open to all auctioneers & real estate professionals.

 

Learn with hands-on practice the tools and techniques the professional auctioneers use to market and sell real estate using the accelerated marketing method, the “Real Estate Auction.”  Designed for real estate professionals and auctioneers, the course is an in-depth introduction to the essential tools, skills, information and talents needed to obtain, design, execute and sell residential real estate at auction.

 

The 16-hour program includes two 3-hour hands-on workshops where attendees will work in small teams to draft an auction marketing plan, develop an auction budget and participate in mock auctioneer/seller presentations.  These workshops are challenging and entertaining.  The seminar presenters, Dale W. Schaetzke of Auction Marketing Group of Massachusetts and Sue Doyle of Absolute Auction and Realty of New York, are both seasoned professional real estate auctioneers, bring their different and independent views, experiences and practices to the seminar classroom. The result is an engaging and varied presentation.

DETAILS

The tuition is $495.00.  This includes the seminar workbook and supplement.  The fee for reservation is $100.00 with the balance due upon registration.  This seminar may fill up quickly so if you are planning to attend, your timely deposit is necessary.  There is a minimum enrollment necessary to conduct this seminar.  You may either send a check to the address shown below or pay with a credit card.  If you wish to use a credit card, please call us at 603-553-6862 and we will send you a PayPal bill that you can pay online via their secure website.

 

There will be coffee and donuts available before the session begins each day, and we will start promptly.  There will be a one-hour break for lunch each day.  Dress is casual.

 

Directions:  Follow I-93 North. At the intersections of I-293 and I-93 in Manchester, continue on I-93 North by bearing right toward Concord.   Take Exit 9N and proceed north on Daniel Webster Highway (US Rt. 3/NH Rt. 28) for 2 miles. Turn left at McDonalds onto Martins Ferry Road.  Go one mile.  Southern New Hampshire University will be on your right.  Turn into first parking lot at Webster Hall.
